From time to time and across all mobile networks, there is often a requirement to mine data to establish the cause of faults and to ascertain best practice to remedy and eliminate them. This is usually handled by an optimisation group, or experienced field Engineers working to a special projects team, either way, it requires strong technical focus and experience.
