Project Delivery

002

Working on behalf of both network operators and enterprise clients, our team of experienced project managers use tested methodology and creative thinking to produce robust implementation plans.

When we are working in partnership with a network operator, the first step will be to evaluate a location and provide an evaluation report, or ‘feasibility study’, that will enable a true assessment of project requirements. This will note the technical requirements of the project and potential costs associated with it.

In many cases we are also commissioned directly by major property owners to improve coverage at a wide variety of sites including offices, hotels, sports stadia, shopping centres and airports. These plans incorporate a similar type of assessment and in all cases we provide the client with a comprehensive report that explains how we have met the brief, detailing the scope of the work and recommending a budget.

Installing optimal wireless coverage using GSM 900/1800, UMTS, Tetra, W-CDMA, WiMAX and other leading technologies, we will often find ways to integrate cellular coverage into buildings without disturbing either the décor or the customers.

Prior to the commencement of work, testing is performed to ensure that antenna locations provide the right level of coverage. Our team of project managers work closely with everyone involved with the location including the mobile operator, the property owner and the principal contractor in the case of construction or renovation projects. The project plan will take into account any restrictions on working hours and the need to work around other operators. This consultative approach helps to keep the project on time and on budget. Before the project goes live, pre-integration testing takes place to ensure that coverage is exactly as planned.
