Cellular Asset Management Ltd is pleased to announce a restructuring of its operations with the objective of providing increased efficiency on client projects.

Dedicated to serving mobile network operators, neutral host providers and property owners, Cellular Asset Management has built a reputation for the successful delivery of complex and high profile cellular design and installation projects such as The Shard, Tower 42 and the Canary Wharf retail and travel complex.

The installations aspect of CAM’s projects is often challenging, in terms of timescales, staff training, and ensuring the right security clearance. Thus CAM has decided to add more flexibility to the process by moving its installations service to an outsourced business model.

Installation, as part of overall cellular projects, will continue to be fully managed by Cellular Asset Management. The company will retain a smaller, in-house installations team who will oversee outsourced contractors, maintain quality, handle audits and deliver on-the-spot maintenance.

This new, outsourced model will help us deliver a full design and installation service to our clients whilst remaining agile and competitive in an evolving marketplace.”
